Jointly with Philips Healthcare, Schwarzer Cardiotek will equip all three heart catheter labs at the University Heart Center in Wuerzburg, Germany. The initial installation started already back in April 2019. Over the course of the year and through close cooperation with users and IT department compatibility with all FFR systems used at the hospital as well as user-defined back-end connections were established.
Including the installation in Wuerzburg more than 20 systems of the new hemodynamic system generation are now installed in Germany and Switzerland.
Evolution is the first hemodynamic system based on Windows 10 IoT. As Microsoft discontinued Windows 7 many users have a strong motivation to invest in the sustainable version of Windows 10. Schwarzer Cardiotek supports clients and interested parties in the transition.
