The company is managed by Frank-Peter Klein, an executive with longstanding international experience. He is accompanied by an advisory board that is composed of renowned cardiologists and senior business executives.

Frank-Peter Klein was named Managing Director of Schwarzer Cardiotek in May of 2014. He has more than 25 years of experience in medical device technology and health informatics.
In the 1990s Frank-Peter Klein had already been General Manager, International Sales for Schwarzer. Under his leadership several milestones were achieved, including a worldwide OEM agreement for hemodynamic recording systems with Philips Healthcare. He later relocated to Paris where he led strategic marketing in cardiology for EMEA and Asia Pacific at GE Healthcare. Subsequently, he joined Defininens AG as a member of the Management Board and was entrusted with setting up and leading its medical division in cooperation with Nobel Prize laureate Professor Gerd Binning. Thereafter he served as Vice President, Sleep Disordered Breathing at ResMed and was appointed to the Board of Directors at BiancaMed Ltd., which was successfully sold to ResMed in 2011.
