The new cardiac catheter measuring station does not only allow to electronically record the vital parameters of the examination, but also to feed the blood pressure data measured in the cavities of the heart into the hospital’s own electronic patient file. This means that all data is directly available for further diagnostics and therapy planning in the clinic.
“The new cardiac catheter measuring station improves the workflows in our clinic, which will benefit our young patients and also the staff,” states Professor Dr. Matthias Gorenflo, Medical Director of the Clinic for Pediatric Cardiology and Congenital Heart Disease at the UKHD.
