Work-Study Student (m/f/d) in Quality Management
- As a working student, you’ll assist with day-to-day operations but will also take on independent responsibilities
- You’ll have the opportunity to gain relevant work experience while still in school and earn some extra money on the side
- As a working student, you’re typically allowed to work up to 20 hours per week at the company
- You should be a student in a technical or medical program starting in your third semester or have prior relevant training
- Ability to work independently and take initiative, strong communication skills, and the ability to handle pressure
- Excellent written and spoken German and English skills
Each semester, we offer several internship positions and thesis opportunities. The internship must be a required part of your degree program and should last four to six months. You should submit your application to our Human Resources department at least three months before your intended start date.
We’d be happy to offer you the opportunity to write your thesis (bachelor’s, master’s, or diploma) with us. This can involve both on-the-job supervision and external supervision while you’re working on the thesis at your university. We offer topics from various areas of our company, but we’re also happy to consider your own ideas and suggestions for a topic. While working on your thesis, you’ll be integrated into our operations and receive appropriate professional guidance from our employees. When the thesis is completed off-campus, we follow this procedure:
- In-person kick-off meeting and progress review at the company
- Up to two meetings at the university with the thesis advisor
- Presentation of the thesis results at the company
- Creation of a poster for display at the company or publication with the company advisor listed as a co-author
