IT Administrator (m/f/d)

As a high-tech company with a 70 years long tradition, we develop and produce worldwide leading solutions for medical diagnostics focusing on hemodynamics and electrophysiological measuring stations, as well as data management solutions for the interventional cardiology field.

To strengthen our team at our Heilbronn site, we are looking to fill the following position with immediate effect:

IT Administrator (m/f/d)

Your Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring IT and communication services and independent problem solving
  • Interface between our employees and our IT service company and other external service providers
  • Responsibility for system security, user management and access rights
  • Central contact person for users and key users
  • Ensuring the smooth running of all IT and communication systems
  • Remote access management
  • Collaboration with our Data Protection Officer on data privacy topics
  • Monitoring and supporting the implementation of NIS-2 requirements as they become applicable to our organization

Your Profile:

  • IT specialist training, degree in Business Informatics or comparable qualification – or several years of relevant experience
  • Knowledge of Windows, Active Directory, MS 365 and server environments
  • Understanding of IT security, network and virtualization topics
  • Service-oriented, reliable and structured way of working
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Willingness to travel to other company locations regularly
  • Fluent in German and English
