As a high-tech company with a 70 years long tradition, we develop and produce worldwide leading solutions for medical diagnostics focusing on hemodynamics and electrophysiological measuring stations, as well as data management solutions for the interventional cardiology field.

To complete our team (in Sittard, The Netherlands) as soon as possible we are looking for you:

Employee Service Support (m/f/d)

Tasks

  • Management of the service hotline for national and international customers.
  • Support of the service team with administrative requirements.
  • Creation and billing of maintenance and service contracts.
  • Monitoring of maintenance activities.
  • Telephone sales of spare parts, accessories, maintenance contracts, and service interventions.
  • Scheduling in collaboration with customers.
  • Monitoring of deliveries.
  • Administrative organization of the necessary calibrations of operational equipment.
  • Coordination and planning of the deployment of service technicians.
  • Ticket management (creation and processing).
  • Preparation of offers and complete order processing for national and especially international customers in the service and customer service sector.
  • Administrative coordination of day-to-day operations.
  • Representation and support of customer service and office management.
  • Creation of Excel spreadsheets, PowerPoint presentations and statistics.

Profile

  • Completed commercial training.
  • Several years of professional experience with national and international customers, preferably with export experience.
  • Independent, reliable work ethic and high customer orientation within and outside the organization.
  • Experience with ERP systems (ideally proALPHA).
  • Very good English and good German language skills in both written and spoken forms
