Clinical Applications and Support Specialist (m/f/d)

We are seeking a dedicated Clinical Applications and Support Specialist (CASS) to join our team and serve as the clinical product expert and primary point of contact for our customers.

In this role, you will be responsible for delivering clinical applications training and providing user support both before and after the sale of our systems. Your responsibilities will include planning and executing system installations, conducting maintenance and inspections, and addressing troubleshooting needs. A key aspect of this position is collaborating with commercial and service partners to drive product adoption while also working closely with our product management and design teams to improve system usability.

Frequent travel and flexibility are essential to this role, as it requires providing direct, onsite support to customers across various locations. By supporting physicians in mastering the effective use of our systems, you will play a crucial role in improving patient care and achieving better clinical outcomes.

As this position requires close on-site collaboration, we are looking for candidates who are either already based in the Sittard region or willing to relocate nearby.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute system installations
  • Conduct testing, servicing, and troubleshooting
  • Provide clinical application training to commercial/service partners and end users
  • Offer clinical case support to end users
  • Document and track all relevant customer activities in the ticketing system
  • Troubleshoot product issues at customer sites and identify usability concerns
  • Relay customer feedback to appropriate departments within the company
  • Document complaints in accordance with QMS processes
  • Install software updates and perform necessary documentation and training as required by QMS

Profile

  • Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Engineering or a related field
  • No travel restrictions
  • Fluent in both German and English
  • Prior knowledge or experience in Cardiology & Electrophysiology is a plus
  • Experience as a Clinical Application Specialist is an advantage
  • Familiarity with software for medical equipment applications is an asset
  • Basic technical skills with the ability to perform routine troubleshooting and networking
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Flexibility to manage irregular travel schedules, including short-notice travel
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary hospital teams
  • Excellent customer service skills and attention to detail
  • Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
